ORDER:

The following notification will be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette: Dated: 16^th July, 2003.

 

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classifications, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 issued in G.O. Ms. No. 487, G.A. (Ser. C) Deptt., Dated:14^th September, 1992 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette Part-I, Extraordinary No.235, Dated: the 1^st July, 1992 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

 

The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18^th October, 2001.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules: -

(i) After clause (d) of sub rule 26 of Rule 11, the following shall be added namely:

"(e) The Director of prosecution may impose any of the penalties specified in clauses (i) to (v) of Rule 9 on all categories of Andhra Pradesh State Prosecution Services except Additional Director of Prosecution".

(ii) In schedule I, after entry 56, the following shall be added, namely:

"57 - Andhra Pradesh State Prosecution Services".
