ABSTRACT

I.A.S. - Employees suffering from Leprosy / Tuberculosis / Cancer / Heart Diseases / Mental Illness / Kidney Failure - Entitlement of full pay in lieu of Half Pay Leave for a period of six months - Extension of the benefit of the leave privilege to the All-India Service Officers working in connection with the affairs of State of Andhra Pradesh – Orders - Issued.

     Read the following: 

1. G.O. Ms. No. 386, Fin. & Pig. (FW-F.R. I) Dept., Dated: 06.09.1976.

2. G.O. Ms. No. 20, Fin. & Pig. (FW-F.R. I) Dept., Dated: 25.01.1977. 

3. G.O. Ms. No. 268, Fin. & Pig. (FW-F.R. I) Dept., Dated: 29-10-1991.

ORDER: 

In the G.Os 1^st  and 2^nd read above, orders were issued for the draw al of full  pay to the extent of full pay of six months, in lieu of six months half pay leave,  if at credit, by all regular Government Servants, who are suffering from Leprosy  / Tuberculosis / Cancer / Heart Diseases and Mental Illness, irrespective of their  pay limit. . 

 

2. In the G.O. 3^rd read above, orders were issued extending the benefit of orders contained in G.Os 1^st and 2^nd read above to the regular Government Servants  who are suffering with "Renal (Kidney) failure" also. 

3. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby order that, in the same benefit of orders issued vide G.Os 1^st to 3^rd read above, shall be extended  'mutatis mutandis' in all the All India Service Officers also, who are working in  connection with the affairs of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
