The following notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 issued in G.O. Ms. No. 468, General Administration (Ser. C) Department, dated: 17^th April 1964 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules, in Rule 3 after sub rule (5), the following shall be added, namely—

"(6) Prohibition regarding employment of children below 14 years of age: No Member of the service shall employ to work any child below the age of 14 years".
