The following notification will be published in the next extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the A.P. Civil Services (Conduct)Rules, 1964 issued in G.O. Ms. No. 468, G.A. (Ser.C) Department, dated 17^th April, 1964 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rules, after Rule 3-C, the following shall be added, namely -

"3-D: "Complaints committee will be deemed to be an Inquiry Committee" and the report submitted by it shall be deemed to be an inquiry report under A.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991".
