ORDER:
In the reference 7th read above orders issued enhancing the age limit to the State Government Employees from 28 to 33 years for Direct Recruitment. Further enhanced in the reference 9th read above from 33 to 34 years.
2. In the reference 8th read above, the Director of Public Libraries, Afzalgunj, Hyderabad has submitted that, in the Zilla Grandhalaya Samstas there are two types of services, one Ministerial, Subordinate, Last Grade Service and another Technical Service consisting of the posts such as Librarians Grade-I, Grade-II etc., The maximum age limit for Direct Recruitment for the Clerical and Last Grade Service is 28 years and for the Technical posts is 30 years excluding the age relaxation applicable to BC, SC, ST and PHC. The rules and regulations / amendments issued by the Government are directly applicable to the employees working in the Government sector. But for applying any new rules to the Local Body services separate orders of the Government are necessary. Hence, requested the Government to enhance the age limit to Zilla Grandhalaya Samsta Service on par with the State Government Service as issued in G.O. 9th read above.
3. Government after careful examination hereby extend the orders
issued in the reference 9th read above to the Employees working in Zilla Grandhalaya
Samstas on par with Government employees as shown below;
