ORDER:
The A.P. Public Service Commission issued Notification No.12/2004 for recruitment to various Gazetted category posts and Notification No. 13/2004 for recruitment of various non-Gazetted category posts. Several representations have been received from the unemployed candidates to allow age relaxation as there was gap in issue of Notification for the recruitment. The issue has been examined sympathetically and Government decided to allow age concessions for the recruitment. The following Notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Adhoc rule.
AD-HOC RULE
"Notwithstanding anything contained in the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules or in the Special Rules for any State Services or the Ad-hoc Rules, the Maximum age limit prescribed in the relevant Special Rules for appointment by direct recruitment is relaxed by 4 years for recruitment to various Gazetted category posts and for recruitment to various non-Gazetted category posts, for which the Notification No.12/2004 and Notification No.13/2004, respectively, issued by the A.P. Public Service Commission.
