Sub: Foreign Service - Terms of deputation of Government
Employees Deputed on Foreign Service - Further instructions - Reg.

Government have reviewed the method of deputation of Government employees deputed to foreign service in accordance with the Provision of F.Rs. 110 to 126. It has been decided that the deputation of Government Employees to the Foreign Service in accordance with the provisions of F.Rs.110 to 126 shall be based on the performance of the Government employees. If the performance of the employees is not found good during the first year, he/she shall be sent back to the parent department without having second thought. For those who are in the middle of the deputation, their tenure shall be continued till the end of this year.
Regarding the other terms and conditions, the orders issued in the G.O. cited are hoods good.
All the Departments of Secretariat and the Heads of Departments
are requested to comply with the instructions strictly.
