Attention
is invited to the U.O.note cited wherein all Departments of Secretariat and all
heads of Departments were requested to verify all sanctions of surrender of
leave and to recover the excess payments, if any, made to the employees
concerned.
The
Class IV employees' Associations have represented against the above
clarificatory instructions, as lumpsum recovery of excess payments causes
hardship.
The
matter has been considered and the Government hereby order that the excess
payments mentioned in the U.O. Note cited shall be recovered in 25 monthly
instalments to avoid hardship to the employees.

of this U.O. Note may please be acknowledged.
