ORDER:
Telangana
Non-Gazetted officers Union and the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Association have
represented that Government Employees may be permitted to surrender 30 days
earned leave in a calendar year.
2. Government have
examined the matter and decided to permit all regular Government employees to
receive surrender value of Earned Leave / privilege Leave, if at credit, not
exceeding 30 days, at any time during a calendar year.
3. Necessary amendments
to the Andhra Pradesh leave Rules, the Fundamental Rules and the Corresponding
Leave Rules of Ex-Hyderabad State will be issued separately.
