2. G.O. Ms. No. 396, General Admn. (D.P.C. 1) Dept., Dt. 01.12.2004.

ORDER:

 

The Director of State Audit in his letter 3rd read above, has stated that the Government issued orders in the G.O. 2^nd read above reconstituting the Departmental Promotion Committees / Screening Committees for all Gazetted Posts in the State in suppression of the orders issued in the reference 1^st read above with the following composition:

 

01. Head of the Department	--- Member / Convenor
02. Another Head of the Department under the control of Administrative Department of Government and nominated by the Administrative Department of Government	---- Member
03. Deputy Secretary / Joint Secretary / Additional Secretary to Government in the concerned Administrative Department of Government.	---- Member

 

He has also requested to nominate the two Members for the Departmental Promotion Committee to the First Level Gazetted Post viz. Another Head of the Department under the control of Administrative Department of the Government and Deputy Secretary / Joint Secretary / Additional Secretary to Government in the concerned Administrative Department of the Government as the members of the Departmental Promotion Committee for appointment to the First Level Gazetted Posts.

 

2. Accordingly, Government hereby nominate the following members for the Departmental Promotion Committee to the First Level Gazetted Posts in the State Audit Department.

 

01. The Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad.	--- Member / Convenor
02. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad.	---- Member
03. Sri M.V. Prasada Rao, Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department.	---- Member
