Read the following: -

2.From the CC&RCS, AP., Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.8128/2007/PACS.II.B/ Dated:28.6.2007.

ORDER:-
 
In the G.O. first read above, Government in orders to provide relief to the farmers accorded permission to District Cooperative Central Banks to reconvey the bought-in properties to the original borrowers / legal heirs of the deceased borrowers on the condition that they should pay the entire amount due, including the execution petition charges to the District Cooperative Central Banks.
 
2.  In the reference second read above, the CC&RCS, AP. Hyderabad requested to grant general permission extending the facility of reconveyance of set off lands / properties by the PACSs to the original borrowers / legal heirs of deceased borrowers on par with DCCBs subject to condition that they should repay the entire amount due including all incidental charges.
 
3. After careful consideration, Government accept the proposal of the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Accordingly, permission is hereby accorded extending the facility of reconveyance of ·set off lands / properties by the PACS to the original borrowers/ legal heirs of the deceased borrowers, subject to condition that they should repay the entire amount due including all incidental charges.
 
4.  The Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies is directed to take necessary action accordingly
