The attention of all the Excise Superintendents is invited to the references cited.
They are informed that Toddy shops under T.F.T. Scheme should be allotted only where, there are more than one tapper in the village/hamlet.
In no case shops under T.F.T. Scheme should be allotted with only one tapper in the village/hamlet.
The Excise Superintendents are requested to keep these instructions while allotting shops under T.F.T scheme.
