The attention of the Finance and Planning (Plg. Estt.) Department is invited to para 4 of the Memo. cited and they are informed that the General Administration (Services) Department is an advisary department in regard to interpretation of rules / orders in force relating to service matters. Therefore, it is not necessary to indicate the concurrence of General Administration (Services) Department, while issuing clarification / orders as was done above in para 4 of the reference cited.
