Read the following:

2. G.O.Ms.No. 383, Fin. & Plg. (FW. F.R.I)
Dept., dt. 16-11-1993.
ORDER:
In the
reference second read above orders were issued, amending rule 2 of the A.P.
Public Employment (Recording and Alteration of Date of Birth) Rules, 1984. For
the purpose of uniform application of rules, now it has been decided to have
the said amendment with retrospective effect instead of from the date of issue of
orders.
Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In the notification part of the
orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 383, Fin. & Plg. (FW.FR.I) Dept, dt. 16-11-1993
after the existing para, the following shall be added, namely:
"2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force with
effect from 21-4-1984.
