ORDER:
The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with Article
313 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes
the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules.
2. The amendment hereby made shall be
deemed to have come into force w.e.f. 24-02-2001.
AMENDMENT
In
Annexure-1 (Authorised Courses of Instruction or Training) of the Fundamental
Rules, issued as Subsidiary Rules, under item (i) of clause (b) of subrule (6),
of Rule 9 of the Fundamental Rules, in the Table under the heading
"AGRICULTURE" after Serial No.8, the following Serial Number and the
entries relating thereto in column (1) to (43), shall be added namely:
