ORDER:
The
following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 read with
Article 313 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby
makes the following amendment to the Fundamental Rules.
2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to
have come into force with effect from the 4th January, 2000.
AMENDMENT
In the
said Rules, in Rule 9, in subsidiary definitions, in clause "(ii) Heads of
Departments" for item "69. The Special Officer, Government Pleader's
Office, High Court Buildings, Hyderabad, the item" 69. The Advocate
General, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall be substituted.
