ORDER:
The
Director General and Inspector General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in
his letter read above requested the Government to delegate the power to
sanction special disability leave to the personnel of Police Department.
2. Government after
careful examination accept the proposal and hereby relax rule 66 of A.P. F.Rs
in favour of Director General and Inspector General of Police and delegate the powers to sanction of
special disability leave to the Police
Personnel for a period not exceeding 12 months subject to fulfilment of
the conditions referred to under F.R. 83
(1) (2) (3). In case of any rules are required to be relaxed and also if the
period of more than one year such case shall be referred to Government.
3. The necessary
amendments to F.R. 66 and F.R. 83 will be issued by Finance (F.R.I) Department
separately.
4. This order issues
with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (FR) Department vide their
U.O.No.31730/301/A l /FR.1/98, dated I 9.8.1998.
