The
attention of the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is invited to the
reference third cited and he is informed that the Finance Department in their
U.O. No. 464/PFS/02, Dated: 04-09-2002
have agreed for permitting the All-India Service Officers who have a balance of
more than 285 days of Earned Leave as on 30th June 2002 to surrender
Earned Leave without waiting for their turn.
Accordingly,
the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action
in respect of Sri C. Madhukar Raj, JPS and Sri S.V. Kumar, IFS.
