DSE Lr.No. 1875/Fl/98, dt. 4-12-1998.
ORDER:
The
Non-Gazetted Officers, Office of the Commissioner & Director of School
Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad went on strike from 5-11-1998 to 2-12-98.
In pursuance of the agreement reached between the Government & NGOs.,
Office of the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad
Office, the strike was called off.
2. The President A.P.
State N.G.Os. Association, Hyderabad, in the reference 1st read
above has represented to the Government to regularise the strike period as on
duty.
3. The Government after
careful consideration of the proposal of the Commissioner & Director of
School Education, Hyderabad 2nd read above, hereby order that the
strike period of the NGOs Office of the C & DSE from 5- 11-98 to 2-12-98
(both days) be treated as leave not due to the employees who have no earned
leave in their credit and as EL for those who have got earned leave in their
credit.
4. The Commissioner
& Director of School Education, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary
action accordingly.
