The
Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers and Workers have given a call for
convening Dharna by applying Casual Leave on 19-04-2001. As per above call,
certain category of employees have reportedly participated in the Dharna
Programme on 19-04-2001 by applying Mass Casual Leave which is an act of
indiscipline.

As per the policy of the Government "NO WORK NO PAY" has to be strictly
adopted.
3.
Accordingly, the Government order that any type of leave should not be
sanctioned to the Government Employees who request for sanction of leave for
participation in Dharna on 19-04-2001, and to strictly implement policy of the
Government "NO W ORK NO PAY".
4.
All the Heads of Departments/Collectors & District Magistrates in the State
are directed to take action accordingly.
