Instructions
were issued in the reference 1st cited in regard to consultation
with the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission for its concurrence, as per
Regulation 17 of Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission Regulations, 1963
before a major penalty on Delinquent Government Employees in disciplinary
cases. A check list on performance was also prescribed therein to furnish
details for seeking the advice for the Andhra Pradesh Public Service
Commission.

It has been brought to the notice that in several disciplinary cases, the
particulars as per the Check List are not furnished by the Departments and in-spite
of reminders from the Commissioner, which resulted abnormal delay in tendering
advice by the commissioner.

Government reiterate the instructions issued in the reference 1st cited. (Copy
enclosed for ready reference)
4.
The Departments of Secretariat/Heads of Departments / District Collectors and
District Judges are requested to ensure that the instructions issued are
followed scrupulously.
