The
interim orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court and the Andhra Pradesh
Administrative Tribunal in the writ petitions and representation petitions
filed by the employees in regard to (a) Encashment of leave (b) peon
Compensatory Allowance (c) bad Climate Allowance and House Rent Allowance in
lieu of rent-free quarters to the employees working in 1ribal Development
Blocks shall be implemented immediately without fail. The claims may be
admitted after following the prescribed audit procedures and after entering the
details of payments in a separate register.
2. The Director of
Treasuries and Accounts, Andhra Pradesh, the Director of Local Fund Audit,
Andhra Pradesh, the Deputy Financial Adviser and Ex-officio Deputy Secretary to
Government (Projects), Finance and Planning (F.W) Department and Pay and
Accounts Officer, Hyderabad are requested to bring these instructions to the
notice of their subordinate offices for compliance.
