ORDER:
The
Inter Vidya Joint Action Committee has given a call for participation of all
Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of Intermediate Education, working in
Government and Aided Junior Colleges in Telangana Region in Sakala Janula Samme
from 13-09-2011. Accordingly, all the above teaching and non-teaching staff of
Intermediate Education have participated in the Sakala Janula Samrne from
13-09-2011 onwards.
2. In pursuance of the
agreement reached between the Government and the Inter Vidya Joint Action
Committee, the Strike was called off from 19-10-2011. In the agreement reached,
among other things, the following decisions were agreed upon: -
(i) The period of
absence from 13-09-2011 to 19-10-2011 will be compensated by working for 26
days on holidays which will be treated as duty: and
(ii) This shall apply
to all Junior Lecturers, Principals, Physical Directors, Librarians, Contract
Junior Lecturers, Minimum Time Scale Lecturers and Non-Teaching Staff working
in Government Junior Colleges and Aided Junior Colleges in Telangana area.
3. After careful
consideration and taking a sympathetic view, Government have decided that all
the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff as
indicated in Para-2 above will be paid salary from 13-09-2011 to 19-10-2011 [37
days], duly compensating the 26 working days lost during the strike period by working on 18 holidays and
the remaining 8 days through working
extra working hours, as per the scheduled given in the reference 3rd read above.
4. All the Drawing and Disbursing Officers of
Intermediate Education Department are
permitted to draw and disburse salary for the
strike period to the Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff who participated
in Sakala Janula Samme in view of the
adjustment of working days on holidays
from 23-10-2011 to 19-02-2012 and extra hours on Second Saturdays and Sundays from 30-10-2011 to 10-12-2011 out
of the schedule issued in the
proceedings of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, vide reference 3rd read above.
5. These orders shall
apply to all Junior Lecturers, Principals, Physical Directors, Librarians,
Contract Junior Lecturers, Minimum Time Scale Lecturers and Non- Teaching Staff
working in Government Junior Colleges and Aided Junior Colleges in Telangana
Area.
6. The Commissioner of
Intermediate Education, Hyderabad, shall take action accordingly.
7. This order issues
with the concurrence of Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.4791/PFS/II, dated:04-11-2011.
