In the reference 3rd read above, Government have constituted a Group of Ministers to suggest the methodology to be adopted for recruitment of Village Revenue Officers. Accordingly, in the reference 4th read above, the Group of Ministers has recommended to raise the minimum educational qualification for appointment to the post of Village Revenue Officers from Secondary School Certificate (10th class) Examination to Intermediate Examination keeping in view the requirements of present duties being discharged by them.
2. The Government, after careful examination, hereby accept the recommendation of the Group of Ministers. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:15.11.2011.
