ORDER:

Govt. hereby direct that the financial and Admn. powers now exercised by the R.J.Rs. of Coop. Societies shall be delegated to the collectors and the SCDRs/in the office of the Dist. Collectors as appended in the Annexure to this G.O.

Pending appointment and posting of SCDRS/in the Collector's officers, Govt. also direct that the collectors themselves be authorised to exercise even the power and functions delegated to the SCD Rs/in Annexure to this G.O.

This order issues with concurrence of Finance Dept. Vide their U.O.No.5983/FA(F&A)/67-1, dt.13-11-1967.

ANNEXURE

Financial powers and functions now exercised by the Regional Joint Registrar of Coop. Societies are delegated to the special category Dy. Registrars in the collector's offices.
