ORDER
In
the Government Order 1st read above orders were issued creating special
grades to employees who have completed 10 years of service and special
promotion post/special adhoc promotion posts to those who have completed 15
years of service md satisfy the conditions laid down. It was also ordered
therein that for the first batch of appointments under the above orders on 1st
April 1981, it is not necessary that one should first be appointed to special
grade post before being appointed to special promotion post/special adhoc
promotion post, if one has fulfilled the conditions prescribed for special
promotion post/special adhoc promotion post under the relevant service rules.
2. Consequent on the agreement reached
with the representatives of Joint Council of Associations and Union and
Telangana Non- Gazetted Officers' Union, Government in partial modification of
the orders issued in the Government Order 1st read above, hereby order that
those who had completed 15 years of service on 1-4-1981 in a scale, shall first
be appointed to the special grade post, after fixing their pay in the special
grade post they shall be appointed to the special promotion post/special adhoc
promotion post provided they fulfill the conditions prescribed for appointment
to such posts. Their pay in this post shall then be fixed based on the pay
fixed in the special grade post.
3. Consequently, the clarificatory orders
issued against item (3) in Memo second cited shall be and cancelled.
