reached with the Confederation of Andhra Pradesh Government employees and
workers organisation.
Government in the Government Order 1st read above have issued orders creating special grade posts for employees who have completed 10 years of service and special promotion post/ special adhoc promotion post for employees who have completed 15 years of service in a scale. These orders apply to those who draw pay in the Revised Pay Scales 1978 up to and including Grade XVII in schedule-I to the Andhra Pradesh Revised Scales of Pay Rules 1979.
2. Government in their order 12th read above have decided to extend the orders issued in government order 1st read above to the Civil Assistant Surgeons also who arc in the scale of pay of Rs.900- 1500 i.e., Grade XVIII in schedule-I to the Andhra Pradesh Revised scales of Pay Rules 1979.
3. Government have further examined the issue. As there are a number of employees in the same scale of pay of Rs.900-1500 in other than Medical Department also they have decided and hereby order that the scheme of advancement in service introduced in the Government order first read above and as subsequently amended and clarified in the references read above be extended mutatis mutandis to the employees who draw pay in the Revised Pay Scales 1978 in Grade-XVIII in schedule-I to the Andhra Pradesh Revised Scales of pay Rules 1979 also.
4. Accordingly, the following amendment is issued to the Government order first read above.
AMENDMENT
i) In para-3 for
the figure "XVII", the figure "XVIII" shall be substituted.
ii) In Annexure-I
to the Appendix, the following shall be added at the end:
"XVIII Rs. 900-40-1300-50-1500. 1050-40-1250-50-1600"
5.These orders shall take effect from 1st April ,1981.
